Very similar to Ezekiel 40. In verse 3 it says “He took me there, and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze. He had a line of flax and a measuring rod in his hand, and he stood in the gateway.”
‘And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.” ‘ Revelation 11:3 MEV
It is to be noted that in the same chapter where God says ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ He says “These are the two anointed ones, who stand beside the Lord of the whole earth.” Zechariah 4:14
‘ The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, and the time has come for the dead to be judged, and to reward Your servants the prophets and the saints and those who fear Your name, small and great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”’ Revelation 11:18 MEV
“those who destroy the earth” does not in anyway make human activism like “Greenpeace” biblical. What this refers to is how God originally created the Earth; sinless.
‘The woman fled into the wilderness where she has a place prepared by God, that they may ¬nourish her there for one thousand two hundred and sixty days.’ Revelation 12:6 MEV
The woman gives birth to the Messiah. 1,260 days is exactly 3.5 years if the original year of 360 days is taken into account. Study of the lengthening of the year to make it as we know it today involves the events in Genesis 6, Mars and the Moon separately (Moon’s dark areas are called maria, Latin for seas. I say this because of the demonic interpretation of Revelation 12:1 – it is connected), but is not going to be addressed by me here in this Bible reading plan. I think they are part of the Volume 1 of my notes on Genesis.

Though this is attributed to an event, I teach this as a principle.
